Repose

    Life always makes people experience good things and bad things. All that can be different depending on the perspective of each person. Therefore, we as living beings have one need, namely repose. Repose itself is a natural thing that occurs in living things when they are doing activities. This is very necessary and makes us understand that we have limits.


    Indeed, there are still many people who cross their normal limits by resting that is not in accordance with health standards and not at all rest. If this is done often, it may not be just the physical pain. Possibility can also increase mental illness with an aggravating effect on physical health. Therefore, according to his nature, God gives privileges to us so we can rest. With these privileges we can carry out activities in a sustainable manner and maintain our own health.
